作者／Ralf Bunte, Germany 譯者／Ann Teng 我在本文將談及有關於飼養七彩的意見，應該會激勵一些想法甚或引起爭議，但在這裡並没有批評賞玩者，甚或我自己本身對於七彩的狂熱所造成的影響，僅在此告知讀者，我和一些賞玩者討論其觀察的結果！ 當一個人買了耀眼奪目的七彩來飼養，除了使水族箱增添光彩以外，也希望自己和七彩一樣感覺特別。並能夠成功地將七彩從小魚養成成魚。我曾展示出擁有的小七彩，希望覓得買主。在和其它賣者討論當中，我認識了更多賣七彩的人，賞玩者和飼養者，及過去三年當中與買賣、飼養七彩更多的消息和情形。 必須承認的一點，的確有許多擁有七彩的玩家常把自己和自己的魚弄得非常忙碌，而玩家之間亦經常聯繫互通最新消息。怎麼說呢？就舉一次我所遇見的情形來說。在一次和新玩家研討會中，我了解到由於人的好奇心趨使，使得賞玩者和飼養者所擁有的特殊魚種更顯彌足珍貴，也因此買賣七彩亦使得玩家賺進大筆利潤。 基於上述的原因，即可理解為什麼有這麼多人急於追求更美麗、更特殊的七彩了。接踵而來的問題是有限的空間，如何容納一直增加的新品種呢？為了更換新的七彩，使得玩家只好賣掉原來的七彩，在這一連串的買進賣出之下，七彩不幸的命運也因此循環不斷。 擁有七彩，變成一種時尚所趨。連我自己在內，有一陣子流行土耳其紅，由於成魚才有土耳其紅販售，為了追求此魚，使得其它魚變得黯然失色，後來漸漸的新品種出現，不見得特別或色彩吸引人，才使得這種情況緩和下來。 當鴿子紅出現時，隨即賣得好價錢，而幼魚的需求量也大的驚人。同時，則討論著觀眾和飼養者尋求多年的銀紅色七彩。不久，野生 Alenquer 和 Rio Ica 在市場上的需求量又如雨後春筍竄升，才短短時間，土耳其紅的狂熱度已減低了。再者，由於野生七彩的價格低於一般人工繁殖七彩，所以需求有增加的趨勢，另一方面，我亦觀察到銀藍七彩和松石銷量也很好，也許是因為亞洲鑽石藍身價提升的結果。在這種情況下，使得七彩常常更換新環境，而無法徹底適應，並無法呈現最佳狀態，再加上常常接觸藥物治療，長時間下來，使得健康的魚兒愈來愈憔悴。 我曾見過許多美麗的七彩，除了客廳和廚房佔滿七彩的影子之外，我仍欲追求其它美麗的品種，雖然我想這麼做，但我仍限制自己只能飼養土耳其紅和 Tefé（from the Rio Japura），6 個月後，牠們的情況維持的相當好。 在此我要表達的意見是：許多玩家在造成這種風氣之，魚本身是犧牲者，所以當買下魚隻的時候，我想的是魚，而不是我自己了，其實，真正能夠令我們滿足的，應該是看著魚漸漸的成長，享受其樂趣，而不是藉著買進更新更華麗的品種為傲！ 感謝「魚雜誌社 Fish Magazine TW」提供資訊與指導。
