Here to share with you, Instructor Li’s 88 Wild Discus and a pair of Golden Crossback Arowana(1800L tank)
Li is a professional fire technician, engaged in fire engineering.
He knew our farm is in Linkou from internet; one weekend, he rode his motorcycle from Xinzhuang to Linkou to visit us, but when he arrived, the roll-up door was closed. He thought we might not open on weekend, so finally he rode back to Xinzhuang.
The second time Li came to visit us, the roll-up door was still closed…, but this time he contacted with us when he back home. Our boss told him that he was working in the farm, but normally we do not open the door on weekend; just call us in advance next time before visit. Li immediately drove from Xinzhuang to Linkou again in the same day, and he had a great conversation with our boss.
They started to discuss the best quantity of Wild Discus to be fed into the 1,800L aquarium, and how to deal with the 3 pieces of stingrays which he feeds now.
Finally, he got his favorite Discus after ran to our farm three times!
After more than one month, the 3 pieces of stingrays have a good new home. 88 Wild Discus which Li ordered also grew around half inch bigger under the care of our boss.
Packing 88 Discus is a laborious job and will take lots of time, thus Li would like to work together with our boss to save some time; meanwhile, to protect our boss from get cramps in his hands because of packing the fishes!
Li deserved to be an instructor! He is smart and learned so fast, he even picked and packed more fishes than our boss at the end.
After they finished the job, our boss drove his Range personally to escort Li and his 88 Wild Discus home.
After arrived, our boss put the Wild Discus in tank one by one very quickly. Li was anxious about it, because he did not know what will happen when Golden Crossback Arowana met the Wild discus, thus Li keep droving Arowana away from the Wild discus during the process.
Our boss tried to pacify Li, so he said to him “Don’t worry, 88 Wild Discus will naturally be a strong team.”
In fact, our boss is also nervous, just pretended to be calm, after all, this is also his first time to put Wild Discus and Golden Crossback Arowana together in the same tank.
Before left, our boss provided Li some fish farm’s homemade burgers, and encouraged him to try to feed them with the burgers.
Next morning, our boss contacted with Li to know how are the Fishes. Li is glad to share the photos below to us!
Li said that the fishes ate up 20 pieces of hamburgers (1x1cm) in the morning, and they still look hungry!
Even the Arowana also love homemade burgers.
